All of our beers are brewed with gluten free ingredients from start to finish. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that everything that enters the building is safe for ourselves and our customers.
We use naturally gluten free grains like millet, rice, buckwheat, and sorghum, and we also work carefully to make sure that our other ingredients, things like yeast, honey, hops, and spices, are also gluten free. Our malted grain comes from Eckert Malting and Brewing in California and Grouse Malt House in Colorado, both dedicated gluten free maltsters. Because some celiacs cross-react to the protein found in oats, our beer and food is always free from oats.

Felix Pilsner | 32 IBUs | 4.3% ABV
Latin for lucky, this Bohemian style pilsner lager is named in honor of JP and Amelia’s first child, Felix. This pilsner is smooth and clean with a balanced hop flavor. Brewed with sorghum, brown rice, Belgian-style candi sugar, Czech Saaz hops, Oregon Magnum hops, yeast, and water. Made in the classic Pilsner style, this beer is brewed under strict temperature control and lagered (laid up) for two weeks. Read a review here.
Lucky IPA | 54 IBUs |5.5% ABV
An uncommonly smooth IPA. Malt and toffee flavors mask the initial hop flavor but Amber IPA has a delightful bitterness from hops that lingers on the tongue. Brewed with sorghum, Belgian-style candi syrup, beet sugar, tapioca maltodextrin, magnum hops, amarillo hops, yeast, and water. Read a review here.
Blackbird Stout | 30 IBUs | 6.2% ABV
Our newest year-round release, a long-awaited stout! Blackbird Stout is brewed with malted millet and malted rice for a dark, earthy, roasty flavor. An instant favorite. Brewed with malted millet, malted rice, hops, yeast, and water.
Rendezvous Double IPA | 88 IBUs | 7.3% ABV
Brewed with Mosaic hops and buckwheat honey, this juicy, citrucy IPA has been in high demand this spring.
