Ames Bierly, our co-owner and chef, has a lifetime of experience with gluten free food. Growing up with celiac disease, he learned at an early age to create homemade goodies to enjoy and share with friends. When we opened the tasting room he came on board as our chef and marketing director, and his favorite part of his job is experimenting with new recipes and sharing the results with customers. Our pub menu perfectly compliments our beer, from soft pretzels and donuts to our onion rings and corn dogs. In addition to being 100% gluten free, many of our items are also dairy free. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions besides gluten that we can accommodate!
